Last Updated: July 21, 2026

Welcome to Cunhelaw. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.cunhelaw.com (the “Site”), your purchase of products, and your use of the services provided by Cunhelaw (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Store Name: Cunhelaw
Business Type: Independently Owned U.S. Online Retail Store
Business Address: 805 S Holly Ave, Cleveland, TX 77327, United States
Primary Market: United States
Governing Law: State of Texas, United States

1. About Cunhelaw

Cunhelaw is an independently operated online retail store offering women’s dresses and related products directly to customers through the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and checkout technology used to offer the Services.

2. Policies Incorporated into These Terms

The following policies form part of these Terms and apply to your use of the Services and purchases from Cunhelaw:

If a transaction-specific term in an order confirmation conflicts with a general term on the Site, the transaction-specific term will control for that order. If a specialized policy conflicts with these Terms concerning its subject matter, the specialized policy will control to that extent.

3. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or are using the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Permitted Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Provide false, misleading, or unauthorized payment information
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated attacks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Scrape or harvest personal information from the Site unlawfully
  • Use Site content in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Services in violation of applicable law

We may restrict access, refuse service, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Cunhelaw, our service providers, or the security and lawful operation of the Site.

5. Product Information and Size Guidance

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, materials, colors, sizes, prices, availability, and images accurately.

Actual colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and reasonable production variations. Product fit may vary by style, material, and design.

Customers should review the product description and any product-specific sizing information before ordering. If a product page contains a separate size chart, that product-specific chart should be used instead of a general size-conversion guide.

If you receive a product that is materially different from your order, damaged, or defective, please contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions

Unless another currency is expressly displayed at checkout, prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes will be displayed during checkout before you submit the order. Cunhelaw does not add undisclosed charges after an order has been placed.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is submitted. A price change will not be applied retroactively to a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed by the customer.

Promotional offers may be subject to stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, or limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not by itself guarantee final acceptance, product availability, or shipment.

Cunhelaw may review, decline, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability
  • An obvious pricing or product-information error
  • An unsuccessful or declined payment
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Incomplete or materially inaccurate order information
  • A legal or shipping restriction affecting the order

If an error affects the price or material terms of an order, we may contact you and allow you to confirm the corrected terms or cancel the order. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your authorization.

If Cunhelaw cancels an order after payment has been captured, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Payment Terms

Payment methods are displayed during checkout and are described in our Payment Policy.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Cunhelaw does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its website or servers.

An order will not proceed to fulfillment or shipment unless its payment status permits processing.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and tracking information are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you identify an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, public emergencies, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

This section does not remove any non-waivable right or remedy available to a customer for non-delivery, loss, or another shipping issue under applicable law or our published policies.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Cunhelaw accepts eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Cunhelaw does not charge a restocking fee. Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • Customers pay return shipping for buyer’s-remorse returns, including change of mind or incorrect size selection
  • Cunhelaw pays the applicable return-shipping cost for an incorrect, damaged, or confirmed defective item

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The customer’s financial institution may require additional time to post the refund after Cunhelaw issues it.

11. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to cancel an order before it enters fulfillment or shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If an order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be canceled. After delivery, the customer may request an eligible return under our Return and Refund Policy.

If a successfully paid order is canceled, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

12. Intellectual Property

Site content—including text, graphics, logos, page design, photographs, product descriptions, icons, and software—is owned by Cunhelaw, licensed to Cunhelaw, or otherwise used with authorization, and is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law.

You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit protected Site content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

13. Reviews, Feedback, and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

You grant Cunhelaw a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may decline or remove submitted content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, infringing, misleading, or unrelated to the product or Services. We will not knowingly alter a genuine customer review to misrepresent the customer’s opinion.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may rely on third parties for hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, security, and other operational functions.

The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Cunhelaw does not control and is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

A link to a third-party service does not by itself constitute an endorsement or affiliation.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Available cookie and data-sharing choices can be managed through our Your Privacy Choices page and other privacy controls provided on the Site.

16. Errors, Availability, and Site Changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update Site information when reasonably necessary.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a non-essential Site feature without prior notice. Changes will not remove obligations relating to an order that Cunhelaw has already accepted.

Product quantities and availability may change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate cancellation, refund, substitution choice, or other resolution. We will not substitute a materially different product without customer agreement.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption or that every non-material error will be corrected immediately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an express product commitment, published return right, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions in this section apply only to the extent permitted by law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cunhelaw will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Site or Services when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Where legally permitted, Cunhelaw’s total liability arising from a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to Cunhelaw for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Cunhelaw will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government action, widespread network failures, labor disruptions, or public emergencies.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and provide available remedies. This section does not remove any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. This informal process does not prevent a customer from exercising a legal right, contacting a payment provider, or using another remedy available under applicable law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction. If the law of your state provides mandatory consumer protections or a right to bring a claim in another location, those non-waivable protections remain available.

21. Severability, Waiver, and Assignment

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Cunhelaw may assign these Terms as part of a lawful business transfer, subject to applicable consumer and privacy laws.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

An order will generally remain subject to the Terms and policies in effect when the order was placed, except where a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the policies incorporated by reference, and applicable transaction-specific information constitute the agreement between you and Cunhelaw concerning the Services and your order.
